How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Flair products both domestically and to the United States only. Shipping times depend on your location and choice of shipping method. 

Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. 

Shipping Time?

You can see each product's estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

Entering your shipping destination Zip or Postal code allows Flair to use your current location to give greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period. 

PO Boxes: Please note that based on size, weight, or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or maybe delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. 

Customs taxes

If Flair products are being ordered from outside Canada, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your items reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on cost and procedures. As the purchaser of the Flair Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the item are being imported. Please be aware that the items may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your item will be free of sign and tampering. 

Wrong address?

We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. 

Local Pickup?

You can skip the shipping fees with free In-store local pickup at 1780 Place Marenot Laval, QC H7L 5B5. Local pickup is available Monday through Friday, 11 am - 4 pm. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up approximately 4 hours between the time of Flair business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.    

Rest of Canada?

Orders are generally shipped within 48hours (Monday through Friday) using Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 8 days, but they report delays are occurring.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery; if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory situation. 


Our fragrances are specifically formulated to be suitable in soaps, lotions, and room sprays items on custom-made orders.  


Our hand sanitizer comes in eucalyptus on custom-made orders for your business.
