How long does the fragrance last?
For most diffusers it typically lasts for 4 weeks with daily usage of approximately 8 hours per day at medium intensity. To preserve the fragrance, the device includes a 24/7 internal timer controlled by the app. This allows you to determine the operating times of the diffuser throughout the day. The duration may vary depending on the fragrance used, as certain oils diffuse more quickly due to their consistency and viscosity.
What is the average fragrance consumption?
The consumption depends on the fragrance being used and the intensity. On average, it ranges from 0.50 ml to 0.80 ml per hour.

Moreover, we comply with all industry standards for inhalation and diffusion rates, ensuring your comfort and safety when diffusing them at home.

From where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Val David, Canada. We provide free expedited shipping for Canadian orders over $30.00 (before taxes).
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada. We plan to expand our shipping services to other countries in the near future.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer Sezzle, a financing service that allows you to divide your payments into four installments. You can apply and select this option during checkout to determine if you qualify.
