Set It Up
1. Carefully remove the diffuser head, then fill the bottle to about 80 to 90% of its capacity with the fragrance of your choice.
2. Once filled, screw the bottle onto the diffuser by turning it clockwise until it is securely attached.
IMPORTANT: Avoid tilting the diffuser when the bottle is filled with fragrance, as it may leak and damage the internal mechanics.
3. Long press the button on the left to turn the machine on/off. Click the same button again to change the intensity level. Click the button next to it to choose the lighting color.

Where do you ship your orders from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Longueuil, Quebec (Canada). Free shipping is available for all orders of $75 or more (before taxes) within Canada.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We plan to expand our shipping services to other countries in the near future.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. We offer Sezzle, a payment solution that allows you to split your purchase into four installments. You can select this option at checkout to check your eligibility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days, provided the products are new and unopened. In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 15 days, in accordance with our return policy. For assistance, please consult our refund policy or contact us at sales@flairdiffusers.com.

What area do the diffusers cover?
The coverage area depends on the diffuser model:
- Nova: up to 350 sq ft
- Neo: up to 750 sq ft
- Tower: up to 1,500 sq ft
- Maestro M: up to 4,000 sq ft
- Maestro L: up to 8,000 sq ft
Note: Coverage may vary depending on the applied settings and the environment in which the diffuser is used.
Can I adjust my diffuser, and how do I do it?
Yes, customers can adjust their diffuser according to their needs and preferences. All our diffusers can be adjusted via our Scent Marketing app (Bluetooth version and password 8888), which allows you to create custom diffusion schedules. Exception: the Nova diffuser is adjusted manually only.
How long does the fragrance last?
The duration of a fragrance is specific to each use. Each bottle has a predefined number of diffusion hours, but the actual duration depends on the chosen settings, frequency of use, and diffusion intensity.
Are the fragrances safe to use around children and pets?
All our fragrances are certified by IFRA (International Fragrance Association). They are therefore safe for the whole family when used correctly and according to recommendations.
Can I use other types of oils in my diffuser?
You are free to use the oils of your choice, but it is not recommended. Using other types of oils could damage your diffuser and void your warranty. We only recommend using Flair fragrances, which are specially designed to work with our diffusers, with a wide variety of choices available.
