Avoid using third-party single-note essential oils, as their thick consistency can cause clogging and hinder scent diffusion. Never mix the fragrances with water, alcohol, or propellants.

The human nose quickly becomes accustomed to continuous smells. If you no longer detect the scent, step out of the scented area and re-enter later with a "fresh nose." Alternatively, check the app (connected via Bluetooth or WiFi) to ensure the 24/7 internal timer is set correctly and the machine is scheduled to be operating.

Possible Cause: The diffuser's intensity is set too high for the size of the area. (Note: The Maestro L is designed for very large spaces, covering up to 8,000 square feet, and is often connected to an HVAC system).

Solution: Adjust the scent intensity using the Flair Scents app. Choose a lower intensity level. Since this is a commercial-grade diffuser, a small amount of scent is usually enough to eliminate bad odors and create a balanced ambiance in large rooms or whole homes.

The Maestro L features both Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Ensure your smartphone or network is properly connected to the device. Use the app to adjust the 24/7 internal timer, which allows you to set specific turn-on and turn-off times to preserve your fragrance.

The Maestro L has a very large 1,000ml bottle capacity. Average consumption ranges from 0.07 to 0.80 ml per hour depending on the intensity. To preserve fragrance, utilize the 24/7 internal timer in the app to only operate the diffuser during specific times of the day (e.g., 8 hours a day).
