Set Up Your NOVA Diffuser
1. Fill the Bottle
Gently remove the diffuser head. Unscrew the bottle by turning it counterclockwise, then fill it with the fragrance of your choice.
2. Reassemble the Diffuser
Screw the bottle back onto the diffuser head by turning it clockwise until securely attached.
Important: Avoid tilting the diffuser when the bottle contains liquid, as this may damage the device.
3. Turn On the Diffuser
Press and hold the main button to turn the diffuser on or off.
- Press the main button to select one of the 3 intensity levels.
- Press the light button to change the lighting color.
4. Recharge Your Diffuser
When the indicator light flashes red, the battery is low and needs to be recharged.
Use the included USB-C cable to connect the diffuser to a power source until the battery is fully charged.

The Diffuser is Clogged or Not Diffusing Properly
Only use official Flair fragrances in your diffuser. The Nova Titanium uses cold-air diffusion technology and requires absolutely no water or carrier oils. To prevent clogging and ensure proper scent diffusion, avoid using third-party essential oils, as their consistency can block the device's mechanisms.
I Can No Longer Smell the Fragrance
The human nose quickly becomes accustomed to continuous smells, meaning that even if you can't smell the fragrance, the device is likely still working. To accurately gauge the strength of the scent, step completely out of the scented area and re-enter a few minutes later with a "fresh nose." If the scent is still too faint, click the circle button to cycle through the 3 manual intensity levels.
The Scent is Overwhelming or Causes Discomfort
Remember the rule that "less is more." Adjust the diffuser to a lower intensity level using the manual control button. A very small amount of scent is usually enough to neutralize bad odors and create a comfortable ambiance.
The Diffuser Turns Off on Its Own
This is perfectly normal behavior. The device is engineered with an intuitive 8-hour auto-shutoff feature to preserve your fragrance and give you peace of mind. To turn the machine back on, simply long-press the circle button.
Internal Damage or Spilled Liquid Inside the Device
As a strict rule, never tilt the diffuser while the bottle is filled with liquid, as the cold-air technology leaves the oil vulnerable to spilling into the internal mechanics and causing damage. Ensure you position the diffuser on a stable surface where it will not tip over.
The Diffuser Completely Stops Working / Defective Unit
