Can I use more than one diffuser in the same space?
Yes, if there’s a certain distance between the diffusers to avoid the perfume mist from mixing.
Can I put several cartridges in the same diffuser?
No, only one cartridge can be inserted into a diffuser at a time.
Can I use different fragrances on the same diffuser?
Yes, you can vary the fragrances by replacing one cartridge with another or by using the same cartridge and adding a different scent.
**Cartridge should be cleaned out completely to avoid new perfume solution from mixing with the old that was prior use in that cartridge. The best recommendation is to get a replacement cartridge for the new perfume solution**
How long does the cartridge last in the diffuser?
It depends on the number of hours the diffuser is active per week as well as the desired intensity you set it to.
What are the forms of payment accepted by Flair?
We accept online payment by credit card. We accept cash payment for pick up.
Do you ship international orders?
Yes, our carriers can deliver orders to their assigned destination. Shipping costs and Import fees may acquire for certain areas.
What are the ingredients in Flair fragrances?
The raw materials used are approved by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials).
Does Flair cause any health risk?
Flair fragrances are made from natural ingredients that are harmless to health.
Can a person be allergic to Flair fragrance scents?
No, there is no allergen present in an aromatic product. However, if a person has an allergy to marijuana and the fragrance scent is similar, a reaction may occur due to scent memory.
Can I modify or cancel an order?

My order is damaged, or an item is missing?
Flair wants to provide the best ordering experience for its customers, but unfortunately, glitches can arise from time to time. However, we’ll be happy to help you. Contact us by phone at 1 (450) 508-8200 or via our “Contact” form.
Do you offer a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase, we offer a refund if the condition of the diffuser is found to be impeccable. 15% of the value of the diffuser is non-refundable to cover re-stocking costs. Note that return transport from diffuser to our office is at your expense.
