Set up your NEO diffuser

1. Remove the Bottle

Gently lift the diffuser head and bottle out of the device.

2. Fill the Bottle

Unscrew the diffuser head and insert a 60 ml or 120 ml Flair fragrance bottle, or fill the empty bottle with your favorite Flair fragrance. For optimal performance, fill the bottle to a maximum of 90% of its capacity.

3. Reassemble the Diffuser

Securely screw the diffuser head back onto the bottle.

Align the assembly with the device and gently press it back into place.

4. Select Your Diffusion Mode

Press the power button to choose one of the following modes:

• SMART: personalized diffusion controlled through the Flair Home app 
• 3H: 3 hours of intermittent diffusion
• 6H: 6 hours of intermittent diffusion
• OFF: turns the diffuser off 

5. Manual Use or App Control

The NEO can be used directly from the built-in controls or connected to the Flair Home app for a more personalized experience.

• Select from 3 intensity levels. 
• Choose between SMART, 3H, and 6H modes directly on the diffuser. 

With the Flair Home App

Download the Flair Home app to unlock advanced features:

• Adjust diffusion frequency 
• Create custom schedules 
• Change intensity remotely (via bluetooth)
